We are expanding our Front Desk and Booking Room Team at our 10,000 square foot beauty and wellness mecca at the Loews Regency Hotel – on Park Avenue, NYC.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the top salons/spas in the United States. We are seeking either full or part-time Client Service/Booking Room Staff who have a passion for beauty, and enthusiasm for delivering specialty service at the highest level.

• Efficiently book appointments for a super-busy 7 day per week salon & spa, and manage multi-line phones
• Deliver specialty service to our upscale clientele
• Advise clients on our service offerings and products
• Take phone orders from clients
• Miscellaneous administrative work

• Enthusiastic, service-oriented and a positive attitude
• Previous salon, spa or retail experience
• Strong computer skills, previous salon or spa booking software experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task under pressure with grace and a smile
Flexible in schedule and shifts as we are open 7 days/week
• Effective communicator and team player
• Highly organized and detail oriented
