Location: City of Rochester
Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract RN First Assistant for a 13‑week assignment in Rochester, New York.

Responsibilities include positioning the patient, preparing the surgical site, handling instruments, providing tissue retraction, and suturing incisions under the supervision of a surgeon.
Qualifications:
RN with experience as a First Assistant; strong surgical knowledge and teamwork skills.
Benefits: $600 travel bonus, day‑1 health insurance (United Healthcare), PTO accruing from day 1 with options to use during contract or cash out at end, guaranteed stipend if facility calls you off, extra hourly bonus for working overtime.
Pay based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend.
