WCS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to join a high‑performing L&D team at a respected hospital in Rochester, NY.

Job Function:

• Day Shift and Night Shift.
• 3×12: 7am-7pm/ 7m,-7am.
• Assess and categorize patients into the appropriate level of care.
• Apply and interpret external fetal monitoring, including fetal heart tracings and uterine activity.
• Implement timely interventions based on fetal heart rate patterns and maternal condition.
• Identify and respond to obstetric emergencies, escalating to providers appropriately.
• Administer medications safely in accordance with the Five Rights and infection‑control standards.
• Perform pain assessments and reassess per clinical guidelines.
• Assist physicians and midwives during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years recent L&D experience.

• EPIC experience required.

  ACLS, BLS, NRP and EFM Certification.
