Their clients? Hospitals, health systems, and provider organizations across the country. They’re growing — and looking for a powerhouse Assistant Vice President of Operations to join their executive leadership team.

• Driving operational strategy across HIM, Revenue Cycle, Coding, CDI, Audit & Compliance
• Overseeing complex, multi‑client national engagements
• Advising C‑suite executives on regulatory, financial, and documentation strategy
• Scaling consulting services while maintaining best‑in‑class quality
• Leading and mentoring directors, managers, and senior consultants
• Partnering on innovation, dashboards, performance metrics & operational redesign

• 12+ years of leadership experience in HIM, Revenue Cycle, or healthcare operations
• Deep expertise in inpatient/outpatient coding, DRG validation, compliance, revenue integrity
• Experience leading enterprise or national consulting engagements
• Strong executive presence — able to influence at the C‑suite level
• Bachelor’s required;
  Master’s preferred
• Credentials like RHIA, CCS, CPC, FHFMA, etc. highly valued

• Executive‑level visibility and direct partnership with firm leadership
• National impact across major health systems
