Personal Care Aide

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Personal Care Aides to provide high‑quality home care services to clients in the comfort of their own homes. If you are passionate about helping others maintain independence and dignity, we would love to have you on our team.

As a Personal Care Aide (PCA), you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to support clients with personal care and daily living activities. Your role is essential in ensuring our clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported at home.

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping
  , laundry, and basic home organization
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report any changes in client condition to supervisors

• Valid New York State PCA Certification
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional
• Previous experience in home care or assisted living preferred
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to pass required health screenings
• Reliable transportation is a plus
