Seeking a motivated Speech Therapist to join a person-centered home environment with 12 small residences on a scenic campus in Cicero, NY.
- Evaluate and treat patients based on physician’s orders, focusing on speech, voice, swallowing, and language disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based care plans using various treatment techniques.
- Perform assessments, screenings, and referrals as needed, while maintaining thorough documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, participate in care planning, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
- Provide quality patient-centered care, motivate patients, and ensure confidentiality and safety standards.
- Attend meetings, in-service training, and support facility policies and mission.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary ($70k-$90k) with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Therapists in CFY encouraged to apply.
