OB/Gyn Ultrasound Sonographer

At the direction of the Physician Director of Ultrasound and Lead Sonographer, the Staff Sonographer performs a variety of procedures requiring independent judgment and initiative in the utilization of ultrasonic equipment for the diagnosis of disease in humans. The department is limited to OB/GYN ultrasounds but includes high‑risk cases.

$42 hourly Per Diem Rate. The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job; individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise, and internal equity considerations.

• Education:
  
  Fulfilled the educational requirements to be RDMS, or must be eligible to take Registry and pass within 1 year.
• Experience:
  
  At least one-year experience in OB/GYN ultrasound, preferred.
• License/Certification
  
  Required:
  
  Must pass or be eligible for the ARDMS OB/GYN registry exam. If eligible must be ARDMS registered within six months of date of hire.
• Skills:
  
  Must have excellent interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
