Description:
Through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence-based practice, the Level II Registered Nurse is accountable for the provision of competent care based on established standards.
The Level II Registered Nurse assumes an expanded role, which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
This position requires flexibility in scheduling with opportunities for day, evening, night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Completion of a minimum of 36 or 48 hours per week is required based on unit needs.
