Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Rochester, NY. You will work closely with patients, build long‑term relationships, and provide high‑quality individualized care. We are open to recent graduates and value knowledge in diversified and soft‑tissue manipulation for long‑term growth within our group.

• Perform initial exams and re‑exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review of pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Review diagnostic imaging and X‑rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Educate patients on diagnosis, 1–1 patient report of findings, treatment care plan options, pre‑ and post‑treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take‑home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Administer treatment (chiropractic adjustments and various therapies and modalities)
• Document and chart (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Follow up with patients to ensure treatment goals are being met and conduct reassessments

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in NY

• Full time (4 days per week)

• $80,000 – $100,000 per year with bonus structure
