Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Biostatistics and Data Management functions, creating a long-term vision and high-performance culture Serve as a strategic advisor on statistical risk, trial feasibility, and data-driven decision making Oversee the development and execution of statistical analysis plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
PhD or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field 10+ years of relevant experience in biotech/pharmaceutical R&D At least 7 years of experience leading Biostatistics teams Strong track record in late-stage development and regulatory submissions Deep understanding of global regulatory guidelines and clinical operations interfaces
