Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in partner management, client success, account management, or strategic operations, ideally within healthcare or digital health 2+ years of experience in virtual healthcare delivery Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with high-touch clients or partners Experience supporting or managing enterprise-level partnerships and delivering on SLAs Familiarity with mental health care delivery or healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus
