Physical Therapist (Full-Time) needed at a long term care/skilled nursing facility located in Rochester, NY!!!!
Salary: $48/HR to $53/HR (Depending on Experience)
Responsibilities- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicated patients' progress
- Record and document patients care services
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well rounded-care
- Must have a valid New York professional license
- Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university
- Must have experience in long term care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
