Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Nuclear Tech) – Hospital
Assignment Dates: Start 03/16/2026 – End 06/15/2026
Position OverviewWe are seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a hospital-based contract assignment. The Nuclear Tech will perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures while ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and imaging accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Perform nuclear medicine imaging and procedures
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals
- Operate gamma cameras and related equipment
- Ensure radiation safety and ALARA compliance
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff
- Active Nuclear Medicine Technologist license (State of New York, if applicable)
- ARRT (N) and/or NMTCB certification required
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety standards
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Experience with PET/CT (facility-dependent)
- Five 8-hour daytime shifts per week
- Hospital clinical environment
- Weekly pay: $3,140
