Physician Assistant – Flexible Rounding Role | Assisted Living Care

Compensation: $105,000 to $120,000

We’re seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) who thrives in a flexible, mobile care environment and enjoys meaningful patient interaction. If you’re looking to step outside the traditional clinic model and make a real difference in senior care, this role is for you.

• Provide on-site medical visits to patients in senior living communities
• Evaluate and manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and wound care
• Collaborate with physicians, facility staff, and families on care plans
• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation

• Licensed PA in the state of Minnesota
• Experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or mobile care preferred
• Must have strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance required
