We are currently seeking experienced and driven candidates just like you to serve as a Hotel General Manager for our dual branded AC Hotel by Marriott & Element by Westin at City Gate in Rochester, NY.
The main objective of the Hotel General Manager is to be the primary strategic business leader for your assigned property, and oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations by exercising demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of hotel management in an effort to maximize profits and achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Successful candidates will combine meticulous professionalism with a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality, as well as utilize excellent time management and communication skills.

- Compensation $85,000 and up based on experience plus bonus potential
