Our versatile event spaces and on-site Tournedos Steakhouse offer a fine dining experience for weddings, business meetings, and other celebrations. Located in Rochester, NY, near local attractions, shopping, and entertainment, we cater to both leisure and business travelers. Daily Responsibilities:
Menu planning and development Ensuring food quality and portion control Demonstrating strong knife skills in the kitchen Managing back of house operations Overseeing food cost management

Required Skills:
