Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Full-Cycle Recruiter to support our manufacturing operations by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across a variety of skilled and unskilled roles. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of high-volume industrial recruiting, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. This role will manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to onboarding while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR.
Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the entire recruiting process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer.
- Recruit for high volume, entry level manufacturing roles.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-volume positions.
- Conduct bilingual interviews, phone screens, and assessments as needed.
- Use creative sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, community partnerships, networking events, trade schools, and employee referrals.
- Maintain accurate applicant data within the ATS; ensure compliance with company policies, EEO, OFCCP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Support pre-employment processes including onboarding documentation and E-verification.
Hours: Mon-Fri from 8:30am-5pm
Location: Rochester, NY
Pay: $20-$25/hr DOE
This position is currently a full-time, contract role that could become long-term depending on business needs. Seeking candidates with experience in high-volume/full-cycle recruitment and a sense of urgency to quickly build a candidate pipeline.
