Job Description
The nurse recruiter is responsible for the outreach and sourcing of candidates to build an applicant pool for positions within the department of nursing. The recruiter will screen and interview candidates, as well as facilitate the entire interview process to ensure that Highland has the most qualified nurses available to deliver skilled and compassionate care in line with the Highland Hospital mission, vision, and values.
The recruiter will also ensure regulatory compliance.
- Minimum and maximum compensation for this role: $34.62 – $50.68 per hour. Individual hourly rates will be set within this range based on market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise, and internal equity considerations.

- Progressive leadership preferred.
