The HR Generalist is a key member of our Human Resources team and is responsible for the daily operations of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, training coordination, HRIS administration, and payroll/benefits support. This highly visible role supports employees and managers across the Club and plays an essential part in maintaining Oak Hill's strong culture and service standards.

• Recruit for hourly and seasonal roles; coordinate interviews and hiring.
• Lead new-hire onboarding and orientations.
• Provide day-to-day employee relations support and answer HR questions.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate basic HR reports.
• Coordinate mandatory training and track completion.
• Process weekly payroll and support benefits enrollments/changes.
• Manage I‑9s, E‑Verify, Workers Comp claims, and compliance tasks.
• Support employee engagement events and recognition programs.

• 2-3+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and people skills.
• HRIS experience required, (Paychex preferred)
• Country Club, Hospitality or service‑industry experience preferred.
