WINDOWS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR POSITION – ROCHESTER NY

Dox Electronics Inc. is looking to add a Windows Systems Administrator to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Dox’s client base, performing systems maintenance and support as well as resolving complex technical problems on client environments. This position requires excellent listening skills to understand issues and take corrective actions. Candidates will work with a multitude of clients in all different industries.

• Network + and or A+ Certifications
• Manufacturers Certifications a plus
• Working Knowledge of:
  • Active Directory
  • Virtual Environments – VMware, Hyper‑V & Citrix
  • Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • HP, Dell and IBM Server hardware
  • Server utilities used to configure, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot hardware
  • Various backup solutions, i.e. Veeam, Storage Craft
  • Office 365 use and deployment
• Ability to design and implement technology solutions for new and existing products/applications
• Ability to manage multiple projects from start to completion
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong problem resolutions skills
