You’ll lead Service Now Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It’s a client‑visible role, giving you opportunities to showcase your ability to motivate and develop your team, establish and maintain new client relationships, and grow your consulting and leadership skills.

• Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
• Designing and developing user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
• Writing clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
• Leading Service Now IT/OT Asset Management projects across design, configuration/development, testing & deployment.
• Managing and mentoring a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers and testers.
• Providing guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now IT/OT Asset Management implementations.
• Analyzing a company's IT/OT Asset Management capabilities, recommending leading practice solutions and contributing insights to strategic roadmaps.
• Advising on connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management to ITSM processes.
• Leading client process and design sessions, facilitating requirements workshops with functional and business process subject matter experts.
• Supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets and risk & issue logs (waterfall & agile).
• Creating high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
• Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of 2 of the following Service Now certifications:
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills: communication (written & verbal), adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery.
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response.
• Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.
• Experience in Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package, with a base salary range of $102,500 to $187,900 across the U.S., and higher ranges for major metro areas. Total Rewards include medical & dental coverage, pension & 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
