Cloud Computing, Systems Engineer
We are looking for a Dev Ops Engineer to join our five-person team in Krakow to support in Faktu's growth in Open Banking. As a Dev Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of our AWS infrastructure (approximately 95%), including RDS Aurora for Postgre
SQL, EKS, ECR, CF, S3, Valkey, Rabbit
MQ, VPC, Route
53, Guard Duty, and EC2, as well as Google Cloud (approximately 5%). You will create environment configuration descriptions using code based on Helm, Terragrunt/Terraform, and Ansible. You will also develop CI/CD processes (Buddy.works 95% and Git Hub Actions 5%) for applications based on Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, and Python. Maintaining the development of infrastructure monitoring (Data Dog, Appsignal) and log collection system (Data Dog Logs) is another key aspect, as well as responding to incidents from the monitoring system and administering servers (Ubuntu Server, Red Hat) for services such as Business Intelligence Tableau or OpenVPN Access Server.
You will ensure infrastructure compliance with the requirements of the Visma Group (including ISO
27001, ISAE 3402 Type
2) and our partners and collaborate with development teams to solve problems and create infrastructure.
- At least 3 years of experience working with public cloud (preferably AWS)
- At least 2 years of experience with Kubernetes and containerization
- Experience with CI/CD processes
- Good knowledge of Linux (we use Ubuntu and Red Hat)
- English at a level that allows you to create documentation and collaborate with others
- Experience working in the finance, insurance, or banking industry
- Knowledge of Cloud Flare configuration and TCP/IP networking
- AWS/Azure/GCP, CKA/CKAD, or Cisco certifications
- Willingness and ability to work from the office in Krakow 2-3 times a week
- Work in an innovative technology and accounting company
