Account Coordinator

The is a part-time position requiring approximately 5-10 hours/week. Daily work can be completed remotely, though occasional in-person meetings will be required. Availability for regular online meetings and timely correspondence is expected. Hours and responsibilities will be re-evaluated after a 1-month probation period. There is room for growth and development of new skills. This role is based in Rochester, NY.

• 1-2 years of experience in client services, coordination or admin roles
• Experience with project management tools
• Comfort working with small teams

• Daily management of client and internal projects
• Creation and assignment of project tasks, timelines and milestones
• Professional correspondence with clients, including up-dates and follow-ups
• Coordination of project work with contractors and collaborators
• Writing and reviewing marketing content
• Reviewing client work for design quality, functionality and content accuracy

• Clear, friendly and professional verbal and written communication
• Ability to coordinate project deadlines, milestones and dependencies
• Strong organizational skills for managing project assets, content and tasks
• Ability to translate client requests into clear, actionable tasks
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Click Up
• An understanding of basic web terminology and comfort using online systems

• Familiarity with Word Press or other CMS platforms
• Basic understanding of SEO and analytics
• Basic video editing knowledge (Resolve)
• Hourly rate of $22/hour
