As a Product Manager on the Platform Strategy team, you’ll define and drive the vision for AI‑powered capabilities across our web, mobile, and conversational interfaces. This role is ideal for a forward‑thinking strategist who thrives at the intersection of AI, product innovation, and scalable platform architecture. In addition to shaping the AI product strategy, you will lead a team of 6–8 direct reports responsible for delivering AI‑powered features across the platform.

You’ll provide coaching, executional oversight, and cross‑functional alignment to ensure the team delivers high‑impact AI solutions. What You’ll Do

• Define the AI Strategy:
  Lead the development and execution of the AI product strategy and roadmap across the HCM platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, client needs, and emerging technology trends.
• Team Leadership:
  Manage, mentor, and grow a team of product owners focused on AI deliverables across domains.
• Drive AI Enablement:
  Partner with architecture and engineering to design scalable, modular AI services that can be leveraged across the product suite.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership:
  Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, compliance, and legal to ensure all AI‑powered experiences are safe, secure, compliant, and user‑centric.
• Platform Thinking:
  Ensure AI capabilities are consistent, extensible, and meet the needs of multiple internal and external users.
• Measure Impact:
  Define KPIs and success metrics for AI features and continuously iterate based on data, user feedback, and performance.

• A strategic leader with 5+ years in product management and 2+ years of direct team management experience
• Proven track record of delivering production‑grade AI solutions
• Experienced in leading teams through ambiguity, scaling impact, and coaching individual contributors
• Comfortable working across technical, business, and compliance stakeholders to drive clarity and execution
• Passionate about improving user experiences and operational efficiency through intelligent automation

• Provide strategic direction and manage long‑term plan for one or more aspects of the platform. Review individual product strategies to ensure alignment with the broader platform roadmap.
• Prioritize roadmap and ensure successful end‑to‑end execution of plan in coordination with product, program, service, and technology partners.
• Serve as primary decision maker for assigned platform products/features. Provide subject matter expertise in response to questions from sales, clients, prospects, and other stakeholders.
• Present and discuss new platform strategies and initiatives as well as frequently review the status of current projects with primary partners and stakeholders.
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as part of overall plan. Regularly evaluate metrics as features are released and update/modify the plan based on results.
• Analyze the market for latest consumer tech trends and other technology opportunities that can enhance the overall platform. Coordinate with technology partners on the operationalization of new technology identified.
• Coordinate with research team(s) to conduct regular analysis of the market and user base to assist with improving platform performance, assessing enhancements, determine competitive positioning, and viability of platform expansion.
