This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a System Administrator located in the Rochester, New York Metropolitan Area. The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and managing IT systems, performing troubleshooting tasks, and providing technical support. The role includes monitoring and ensuring the smooth operation of network infrastructure, solving system issues, and collaborating with the team to enhance IT processes for efficiency and security.

• Proficiency in System Administration and Network Administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and networks.
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology and IT infrastructure management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
