VP, BXTI – BXMA Direct Trading

Blackstone is looking for a seasoned product leader to join their Multi Asset Investing technology team. As a Vice President for Direct Trading, you’ll shape the product vision and work closely with various teams to enhance trading technology. • Set the product vision and roadmap for Direct Trading technology platforms.
• Translate workflows into clear requirements for engineering teams.
• Identify automation and analytics opportunities across the trade lifecycle.
• Balance urgent trading needs with long-term platform goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for integrations.
• Define and track key performance indicators for product success.
• Lead initiatives and collaborate with other product and engineering teams.

• 8+ years of product management experience in trading or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and related workflows.
• Proven track record of delivering investment or trading technology.
• Analytical skills with experience in SQL and data tools.
• Experience in financial services, preferably in alternative asset management.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
