Compensation Range$86,482.00 – $. Individual salaries will be set within this range based on market data, education, experience, and internal equity.

Responsibilities- Manage medium to large IT projects independently, creating project plans with tasks, dependencies, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Architects, Team Leads, Resource Managers, IT Leaders, and Sponsors to ensure adherence to department processes for quality assurance, migrations, promotions, end‑user acceptance, training, and support.
- Facilitate project meetings, develop and maintain reporting dashboards for Senior Leadership, and conduct post‑project lessons‑learned sessions.
- Identify, track, and manage risks and mitigation plans, escalating as appropriate. Identify, track, and manage issues to resolution, escalating as appropriate.
- Provide status reports to steering committees and use appropriate governance bodies and Project Office direction.
- Keep current with business and strategic goals, university service providers, team roles, processes, tools, and architecture to better meet users' needs.
- Coaches and positively influences project team members to ensure accountability and action.
- Determine scope of the problem/project with the executive sponsor, key users, and analysts. Collaborate with technical leads and Resource Managers to assign resources and obtain approvals.
- Make presentations to staff on work‑related issues. Serve on committees and attend meetings as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline and at least 5 years of related experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in healthcare or higher education preferred.
- Experience with Service Now, JIRA, Smartsheet, Clarity PPM or other Project Portfolio Management software preferred.
- Detail‑oriented with proven project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Extensive computer literacy, including Microsoft Project, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI required within 1 year of hire.
- Agile certification (PMI‑ACP, DASM, or CSM) preferred upon hire.
