Answer high-volume inbound inquiries by phone, email, and other electronic interfaces;
Schedule patient appointments and resolve patient issues following SOPs;
Register patients and update information in Electronic Medical Records;
Escalate to Administrators/On-call physicians when needed;
Monitor appointment schedules and communicate updates; assist with billing inquiries and provide basic technical support
