We’re looking for a motivated and sharp Windows Systems Administrator to join a growing IT team supporting a complex and modern infrastructure. This is a hybrid role based in Rochester, NY. You’ll work on-site two - three days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting a large-scale Windows infrastructure environment (+200 servers)
• Working with tools like SCCM, Ansible, Power Shell, and various automation platforms
• Participating in patching, performance monitoring, documentation, and incident resolution
• Collaborating closely with Engineering and Operations teams on systems improvement
• Contributing to ongoing infrastructure projects, cloud integration efforts, and process automation
• Acting as a key escalation point for complex system issues (Level 2/3 support)

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone currently working as a System Administrator (not Desktop or Service Desk) in a medium or large enterprise
• Experience supporting environments with SCCM, Active Directory, GPOs, and automation tools a plus.
• Experience with VMWare or Hyper V.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and confidence escalating issues when needed
• Ability to work independently but also collaborate as part of a team
• A problem-solver with curiosity, resourcefulness, and a desire to learn and grow
• Nice to Have:
• Experience with Citrix, networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, SMTP), and ITIL framework knowledge a plus
• Background working in large datacenter environments
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
