Pay Range: $60- $65/hr

Description:

Healthcare domain knowledge is a must.

Has practical exposure to Pega PCS framework.

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and DCO sessions.

Understand business processes, pain points, and objectives.

Gather and document:

• Business Requirements (BRD)
• Functional Requirements (FRD)
• Use Cases & Process Flows

Perform gap analysis (current vs. future state).

Convert requirements into:

• User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
• Case Types, Flows, Stages, and SLAs

Define:

• Business Rules
• Data Mappings
• UI/UX Logic (Screen Mockups)

Ensure the solution aligns with Pega framework capabilities.

Participate in Agile ceremonies:

• Backlog Grooming
• Sprint Planning
• Daily Stand-ups
• Sprint Demos

Create and manage Product Backlog Items (PBIs).

Prioritize and refine user stories with the Product Owner.

Work closely with:

• Lead System Architect (LSA)
• Senior System Architect (SSA)
• Developers

Clarify requirements and constraints.

Validate the feasibility of business requirements in Pega.

Support:

• System Integration Testing (SIT)
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Responsibilities include:

• Defining acceptance criteria
• Reviewing test cases
• Validating solutions against requirements
• Ensuring BA sign-off before test execution

Act as the single point of contact between business stakeholders and the IT team.

Conduct:

• Playback sessions
• Demos
• Requirement clarification calls

Manage stakeholder expectations and drive approvals.

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Business Analyst.
• Practical exposure to the Pega PCS Framework.
• Strong experience in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Mandatory experience in the Healthcare domain.
