- Support and maintain IBM Power Systems infrastructure, including AIX‑based workloads and integrations within hybrid environments.
- Translate high‑level architecture designs into fully implemented, production‑ready infrastructure solutions.
- Manage and optimize hybrid infrastructure environments, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and performance.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using industry‑standard tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) to enable repeatable and automated deployments.
- Drive automation initiatives across provisioning, configuration management, patching, and operational workflows.
- Build, configure, and maintain Linux‑based systems across multiple distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE), with AIX knowledge considered a strong advantage.
- Support and manage enterprise OS environments, including OS tuning, patching, security hardening, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with middleware, application, and Dev Ops teams to align infrastructure capabilities with application requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices and engineering standards.
