• Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid after training (in-office Monday to Wednesday)
• Contract Type: Long-term

• Process orders quickly and accurately via email, fax, telephone, and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot order processing inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor open orders and ensure they clear through to physical distribution.
• Respond to customer requests including product information, order details, cancellations, tracking, and billing.
• Manage tasks efficiently using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.

• High school diploma required.
• French-speaking ability a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service and order entry experience.
• Proven troubleshooting expertise.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Reliable attendance and professional attitude.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning.
