AI Engineer
This position is available for US based applicants only.
Location- Rochester, New York
- Contract-9 to 12 months with possible conversion
- Hybrid
The AI Engineer will play a crucial role in developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions that enhance our internal corporate services, client facing applications, and improve our customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models to address various challenges and build out AI functionality for our clients.
- Train, validate, and fine-tune AI models using state-of-the-art techniques and libraries, and assess their performance using appropriate metrics.
- Deploy AI models into production environments, collaborate with Dev Ops and IT teams to ensure seamless integration, and monitor model performance in real-time.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and financial technology, and apply innovative solutions to solve complex HR and Payroll problems.
- Leads creation of data analytics capability for identifying key performance drivers and action plans to continuously improve performance and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and business analysts, to drive AI initiatives and projects.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, data pipelines, and processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field - Required
- 1 year of experience in developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models, preferably in a financial or fintech setting.
- 5 years of experience in developing software solutions.
- 2 years of experience in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
- 2 years of experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- 1 year of experience in LLM tuning and tools like Lang Chain.
