The DiMarco Group is seeking a motivated Help Desk Technician – Level 1 to provide IT support across our entities. This onsite role in Henrietta, NY focuses on first-line end-user assistance and hands-on experience with modern systems.
You will triage and resolve tickets, manage user accounts including password resets, document assets, and assist with setup, deployment, and Windows 11/Microsoft 365 support. Travel to company locations is required.
