Internal IT Administrator

Com Tec Solutions is seeking an Internal IT Administrator to support and enhance our internal IT environment. You will manage Windows servers, endpoints, Office 365, networking, backups, and security tools, ensuring high availability and performance. Responsibilities include user account and access management, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining documentation, and assisting with cloud and cybersecurity initiatives. You'll collaborate with technical teams, support continuous improvement, and help standardize tools and processes in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support internal servers, endpoints, and core applications
• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and identity/access controls
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network, hardware, and software issues
• Maintain backups, patching, and security tools to protect systems
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Collaborate with teams on IT improvements and standardization
• Support cloud, virtualization, and modernization initiatives
