• Provide hands-on production support for critical trading and investment platforms.
• Manage incidents and coordinate resolution with global teams to minimize impact and downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups (engineering, operations, and business stakeholders) to improve reliability and performance.
• Participate in on-call rotations and post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement.

• Significant experience in production support, incident management, and supporting mission-critical systems in a financial services environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with global teams and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of trading platforms, risk systems, or related front-office technology is preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-availability environment and manage multiple priorities.
