Job Description:
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Define and document business needs, goals, and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for developers and engineers.
- Capture functional and non functional requirements in detail.
- Technical Analysis & Solution Design
- Analyze existing systems, data flows, APIs, and integrations to understand technical constraints.
- Review solution designs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve system workflows and business processes.
- Work closely with IT, engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and scope clarification during Agile ceremonies.
- Liaise with internal departments and end users to validate system functionality.
- Development and Support
- Ability to Work in the development life cycle like developing and assisting User Stories
- Ability to work in support cycle like monitoring jobs etc
- Testing, Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to optimize system performance.
- Ensure systems meet business expectations before deployment.
- Validate integrations, data accuracy, and end to end workflows.
- Project & Change Management Support
- Lead or support project planning, scheduling, and risk management activities.
- Assist in managing technical deliverables and ensuring timely execution.
- Support change management by preparing documentation, training materials, and communication plans.
- System Implementation & Optimization
- Implement new systems, applications, and enhancements in collaboration with technical teams.
- Integrate new software solutions with existing business operations.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Create and maintain detailed reports on system performance and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with IT regulations, licensing, and security standards
- Must have HR Business knowledge working in Payroll, Employee Verification, Labor Standards, Time/Attendance, Gratuity and Workday
- 10-14 years working experience in multiple projects with strong knowledge technically in C#, ASP.NET, Azure Function Apps , Azure Data Factory, Azure Dev Ops
- Must have worked on end-to-end from requirements till implementation in large engagements.
- Must have experience in Development and Support Projects.
- Candidate must have very good knowledge understanding the HR domain and Integrations along with good Technical Knowledge in C# .NET
- Knowledge in E2E HR domain functions that includes Payroll, Employee Verification, Labor Standards, Time/Attendance,
- Gratuity and Workday
- Analyzes, designs, codes, tests, corrects, and documents moderate to highly complex programs to ensure optimal performance and compliance
