- Base Pay $23.00 - $24.00 / Hour
- Employee Type Full-Time 37.5+
Serves as the first point of contact for technology support across The Arc of Monroe. Working in partnership with the organization's third-party Managed IT Services Provider (MSP), this position provides frontline technical support, resolves routine technology issues, coordinates escalations, and helps ensure employees receive timely and effective assistance.
Requirements- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- One to two years of IT help desk, desktop support, or comparable technical support experience preferred.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments preferred.
- Must have access to timely and reliable transportation to transport self to multiple sites.
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
