IT Product Manager

Constellation Brands seeks an IT Product Manager to lead digital products that power our manufacturing and supply chain operations. You'll partner with business leaders to define vision, build roadmaps, and translate requirements into actionable user stories. In our performance-driven, collaborative culture, you'll run Agile processes, coordinate with engineers and vendors, and use data to guide decisions. You'll drive testing, deployment, and adoption of solutions that optimize production, quality, and logistics while supporting innovation across our iconic beer, wine, and spirits portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key IT products supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate needs into product roadmaps, requirements, and user stories.
• Prioritize backlogs and drive Agile ceremonies with engineering and vendor teams.
• Analyze data and KPIs to measure product performance and guide enhancements.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and successful deployments with minimal disruption to operations.
• Ensure technology solutions align with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Champion user adoption through training, documentation, and continuous feedback loops.
• Identify innovation opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and visibility across production and logistics.
