Managed Services & Systems Administrator

Com Tec Solutions LLC, a Rochester, NY-based Epicor ERP and managed IT provider, seeks a Managed Services & Systems Administrator to support SMB manufacturing clients. In this role, you will manage Windows servers, networks, Microsoft 365, backups, and security, while troubleshooting complex issues and implementing improvements. Collaborate with a small, professional team to deliver reliable, customer-focused service. You'll work directly with clients, mentor junior staff, and pursue certifications, gaining exposure to Epicor ERP and diverse technologies in a growth-oriented, work-life-balanced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows servers, networks, and Microsoft 365 for SMB manufacturing clients
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system, network, and application issues within SLAs
• Manage backups, patching, and security controls to ensure availability and compliance
• Implement infrastructure improvements and assist with Epicor ERP-related environments
• Document systems, procedures, and changes clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver reliable, customer-focused service
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and mentor junior technicians
• Participate in on-call or after-hours maintenance as needed
