Ravi Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C. is seeking a motivated Part-Time AI Specialist to help RAVI lead AI across our engineering, land surveying, and administrative operations.

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows using AI.
• Work directly with departments to understand their needs, challenges, and workflows.
• Build and implement AI tools, agents, and solutions tailored to individual departments.
• Develop tools for document processing, reporting, data analysis, and project management.
• Support the responsible use of generative AI within the company.
• Train team members to use AI tools effectively.
• Maintain data privacy, accuracy, and security.

• Experience with AI platforms, and programming.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Interest in engineering, land surveying, or construction is an advantage.

Entry-Level & AI Training-$20 to $40 per hour

Mid-Level AI Specialists:$40 to $70 per hour
