Summary/ObjectiveSecurity Risk Advisors (SRA) is looking for anIT Systems Coordinator Co-opto provide ITexpertisein deploying and supporting employee systems both on-site and remotely, andassistwith the IT Support function within SRA. TheIT Systems Coordinator Co-opwill collaborate with other team members to providetimelysolutions to user problems, provide information and recommendationsregardingconfigurations and installations, and develop strategies for improving IT processes company wide.

- Provide front-line technical support and education to on-site and remote employees by diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and mobile application issues.
- Respond proactively to production issues (e.g., user needs, software and hardwareupdates, networked hardware installation). Follow up with internal customers toensure their systems are functional.
- Set up new employees with the correct access to systems and equipment.
- Reportuser feedback and potential product requests.
- Work with vendors to troubleshoot issues or to analyze new products.
- Be responsible forIT asset tracking (phones/laptops)
- Configure and install new computers using standard softwareimageand packages. Migrate existing users from old to new hardware.
- Move/Add/Change activities,maintainingaccounts for end users as directed by documented procedures and policies, software installs, and various IT requests.
- Work primarily on-site at SRA’sPhiladelphia/ Rochesteroffice, five days a week.

Work EnvironmentThis joboperatesin a professional office environment, and all co-ops are expected to work in the office every day. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is atemporaryfull-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
