An established legal team is seeking a skilled Securities & Capital Markets Attorney with 4-8 years of experience to join its practice in Rochester or Buffalo, NY. Remote flexibility may be considered for highly experienced attorneys.

• Guide clients through public and private capital market transactions
• Advise publicly traded companies on SEC regulations, including the 1934 Exchange Act
• Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate governance and listing compliance

• J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar (or willingness to obtain)
• 4-8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a law firm setting
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional judgment

• Billable hour requirement: 1,800 annually
• Writing samples encouraged upon application (mandatory for litigation roles)
• No portable book of business required
• Candidates relocating to NY may be hired as a Law Clerk until NY Bar admission
