Korn Ferry is partnering with a full‑service law firm to recruit a Litigation Associate (1–5 years)for their

Rochester, NY, office.

This 70‑attorney firm offers the chance to work on meaningful legal matters that regularly proceed to trial - ideal for someone looking to sharpen their litigation skills in a supportive, dynamic environment.

The role centers on insurance defense litigation
, including premises liability, products liability, construction litigation, and automobile liability, representing both insurers and insureds.

• Manage all phases of litigation: case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial prep
• Handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations
• Develop litigation strategies and communicate effectively with clients and carriers
• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues
• Independently manage a litigation caseload

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• 1–5 years of litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn

$105K-140K base salary, depending on level of experience, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.
