• Review and respond to supply orders according to current policies and procedures.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure product availability per customer requirements.
• Receive and record bulk shipments, break down bulk into smaller units of measure, and manage associated par forms and spreadsheets.
• Verify accuracy of shipments against purchase orders and resolve invoice discrepancies as required, adhering to all assigned departmental and University Financial policies and protocols.
• Proactively assess, measure, and track supply expenses and usage using Materials Management and departmental software.
• Identify and recommend solutions for problems relating to the product, process, and/or ordering system, and recommend opportunities to reduce cost through consolidation of product.
• Manage and resolve recall notifications in ECRI and document appropriately in a timely manner.
• Audit inventory for accuracy, identify expiration dates, and rotate stock appropriately to avoid waste.
• Orient new hires to the department, act as a preceptor in the on‑boarding of newly hired staff, and serve as a subject matter expert for service line requirements.

• Associate's degree and 5 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
