Job Summary

Smart Dough, a Domino’s Pizza Inc franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager/General Manager to lead store operations, support staff development, and ensure high-quality customer service.

Open and close store operations as required.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.

One year of management experience required.

Must be available to open or close the store.

No pizza experience required.

Driving Record Requirements

All persons must meet the following requirements to operate a motor vehicle for business purposes including, but not limited to, making deliveries:

Proof of at least two years of driving history for those 18 years of age; proof of at least one year for those 19 years of age.

Proof of a learner’s permit period documented by an appropriate governmental authority; no drivers without an official license accepted.

All persons must meet the following requirements to operate a motor vehicle for business purposes including, but not limited to, making deliveries:

No more than two driving-related violations in the two years immediately preceding the MVR.

No more than three driving-related violations in the three years immediately preceding the MVR.

No more than one at-fault accident in the three years preceding the MVR.

If a person has any of the following violations they will be unable to drive for Domino’s:

Leaving the scene of an accident.

Hit and run.

Reckless driving.

Any driving violations involving drugs or alcohol.

Vehicular homicide or assault.

Unlawful racing and exhibition driving.

Eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
