Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist Details:
- Contract position
- $ 45.00 to $ 48.00 / hour
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Lead sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluations, and supplier selection for large-scale capital projects.
- Develop procurement strategies for EPC/EPCM, construction, engineering, equipment, utilities, automation, and infrastructure.
- Negotiate high-value contracts, pricing, payment terms, warranties, risk allocation, and change-order controls.
- Analyze costs, develop should-cost models, identify savings opportunities, and support project budgets and forecasts.
- Manage supplier performance, risk, qualification, and strategic partnerships while collaborating with Engineering, Construction, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or commercial management.
- Proven experience with large-scale capital projects, ideally in semiconductor fabs, advanced manufacturing, data centers, energy, or industrial construction.
- Strong knowledge of EPC/EPCM, construction contracting, engineering services, and capital project procurement.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating $10M–$500M+ contracts and managing complex commercial terms and supplier relationships.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CPSM, CPM, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
