Maintenance Specialist

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the facility stays clean, neat, and in great condition. Daily and periodic responsibilities include:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms; replenish supplies
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe surfaces throughout the building
• Empty trash and process recyclables
• Perform floor care, including stripping, sealing, and waxing as needed
• Maintain exterior areas (walkways, parking lot, lawn debris) and assist with snow removal when necessary
• Change light bulbs and perform minor maintenance tasks (unclog toilets, paint touch‑ups, manage bottle returns, HVAC duct cleaning)
• Sort product when maintenance tasks are limited

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Custodial and general maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and pride in your work
