What You'll Do- Maintain our interiors and keep our outdoor spaces looking great.
- Assist with community events and keep resident apartments and shared spaces in top shape.
- Collaborate on inspections with state and local agencies.
- Assist in all phases of maintenance as needed for resident apartments and common areas.
- 3 years' building maintenance experience preferred (drywall, painting, handyman).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with older adults is a plus.
