Building Maintenance Mechanic

Pay Range: $20.00-$24.00 Hourly- plus shift differentials (Pay information will vary depending upon relevant experience for the position)

Full Time 40 hours Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm with rotating weekends

GENERAL SCOPE: To maintain the building systems and equipment in good working order and completes repairs accurately and completely.

EDUCATION /

QUALIFICATION:

High school or trade school graduate or equivalent.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Completes various building repairs
• Changes light bulbs, switches, plugs, cords and makes other minor electrical repairs.
• Unplugs sinks, toilets, sewers and drain lines
• Repairs faucets, toilets, showers, valves, sinks and makes other minor plumbing related repairs.
• Performs routine building maintenance, preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance repairs as assigned.
• Follows all prescribed OSHA safety regulations relating to this position.
• All other job duties as assigned.
